Morise, an AI idea generator
TubeMagic started as Morise.ai, an AI YouTube idea generator built by Priyam Raj. It grew to hundreds of users, including Fortune 500 companies and creators with millions of subscribers.
2024
Acquired and renamed TubeMagic
In January 2024, Matt Par acquired Morise and renamed it TubeMagic. Priyam stayed on to lead development, the team grew, and Matt shared it with his audience on Make Money Matt.

From one tool to a full suite
Through 2024 TubeMagic grew from scripts into a toolkit for the whole video: research, ideas, metadata, and thumbnails.
